The ideal candidate will provide overall HEOR Leadership to the HEOR team including managing direct reports.


  • Develop HEOR team strategic plans and contribute to the growth of the HEOR group through internal initiatives and assessment of market needs for GNS products
  • Serve as the principal investigator (PI) on HEOR study, assuming overall responsibility for the scientific rigor, operational success, and client relationship associated with each engagement 
  • Ensure all deliverables, including proposals, statistical analysis plans, results, final reports and publications meet the highest level of scientific quality standard
  • Ensure timely delivery of the projects in collaboration with other cross-functional team members
  • Lead client discussions at all phases of the study lifecycle from study concept, design and methods considerations, analysis progress, results presentations, etc.
  • Mentor junior researchers on the team
  • Work closely with functional partners across GNS to ensure project delivery success as well as align the HEOR team’s strategic plan with company priorities
  • Support Business Development (BD) opportunities via capabilities meetings, individual prospective meetings, and RFP responses
  • Write proposals for BD opportunities
  • Manage three full time employees

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of relevant HEOR pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or academic experience with consulting experience
  • Education: Graduate degree in Economics, Health Economics, Outcomes research (Pharma) epidemiology, or related field preferred
  • Strong track record of independent publication experience in peer reviewed journals
  • Exceptional quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in machine learning methods
  • Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously

  • Understands, creates and applies relevant methods (e.g., observational data, post hoc analysis of clinical trials) to demonstrate product value potential
