The VP/Director of HR will be leading the recruiting efforts throughout the company with a lens towards elevating our employment brand and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be driving all recruiting initiatives in addition to sourcing, and identifying candidates for technical and senior level positions. The candidate must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as extensive knowledge of personnel and procedure, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
