Product Manager, Managed Care

The company has built and maintains an industry-leading suite of machine learning capabilities with applications in the pharmaceutical, care delivery, and health insurance domains. The company is growing at a tremendous clip and seeing success across all sectors of its business.

The company has an emerging and promising suite of technologies aimed at serving health insurer and managed care organizations. The technology suite is in the process of undergoing its initial development including prototyping and co-development with multiple partner organizations.

To enable the process of building out these products, a talented team member (you!) is needed to support the definition, creation, and rollout of the product offering in conjunction with other supporting team members and company leadership.

This position will officially report to the VP of Account Management and interface with peers responsible for sales, marketing, modeling and engineering, and managed care experts.

The position is based in Cambridge, MA and may require up to 10% travel.

You are expected to:

  • Gather and prioritize product features for implementation through client and industry research.
  • Manage rollout and expectations of new products and/or product features.
  • Support and manage the product development plans, validation/demonstration activities, case studies of value, go-to-market strategy.
  • Engage with and support peers in their work in sales and marketing activities, project management, data operations and technical deployment.
  • Maintain a keen sense of the evolving competitive landscape of the product area(s).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in product development
  • Demonstrated success building and launching new healthcare products
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence across teams
  • 1-3 years of experience in the managed care or digital health industries
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams and activities
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
